End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and
Yan Correa ("Developer", "we", or "us") for the use of the Verbum
mobile application ("Application").
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download, install, or use the Application.
1. Acknowledgement
The Developer and the User acknowledge that this Agreement is concluded between the Developer and the User only,
and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). The Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Application and the content thereof.
2. Scope of License
The Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and
use the Application on any Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules
set forth in the App Store Terms of Service.
3. Maintenance and Support
The Developer is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the Application.
Both parties acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services
with respect to the Application.
4. Warranty
The Developer is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law. In the event
of any failure of the Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will
refund the purchase price for the Application to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law,
Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever.
5. Product Claims
The Developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims of the User or any third party relating
to the Application, including: (i) product liability claims; (ii) claims that the Application fails to conform
to any applicable legal requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection or privacy legislation.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
In the event of any third-party claim that the Application or the User’s possession and use of the Application
infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, the Developer, not Apple, will be solely responsible
for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such infringement claim.
7. Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that: (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo,
or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (ii) You are not listed on any U.S. Government list of
prohibited or restricted parties.
9. Third-Party Beneficiary
The Developer and the User acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries
of this Agreement, and that Apple will have the right to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
